Right now, BYBU delivers to New Zealand. We’re keeping it local while we get started - but stay tuned, because we’ve got big plans!
How Long It Takes
We pack and ship orders within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). If it’s super busy, it might take a little longer, but we’ll keep you in the loop.

1. Need to Cancel? No Worries!
Changed your mind? It happens!
- Before Shipping: Email us at hello@bybu.co.nz before you get your shipping confirmation arrives and we'll cancel and refund your order.
- Already Shipped: Because our products are cosmetics, we can’t offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind once your order has shipped.
2. Oops, Changed Your Mind?
- Before Shipping: You're welcome to cancel your order (see above 👆).
- After Delivery We don't offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases. Please choose carefully.
3. Faulty, Damaged, or Wrong Product? We’ve Got You!
If something’s not right, we’ll fix it.
You're entitled to a replacement, refund or store credit (your choice) if:
- Your product is faulty,
- it was damaged in transit, or
- you received the wrong item.
Let us know ASAP - email hello@bybu.co.nz within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. (Even if it's been a little longer, get in touch - we're here to help.)
Return shipping? If we ask for the item back, we'll cover the cost or offer an easy alternative.
