Shipping policy

Where We Ship Right now, BYBU lip tint delivers to New Zealand and Australia. Nail polish is currently NZ-only, as it's classed as a flammable liquid and can't be sent internationally. We're keeping it local while we get started - but stay tuned, because we've got big plans!

How Long It Takes We pack and ship orders within 2-4 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). If it's super busy, it might take a little longer, but we'll keep you in the loop.

Shipping Times & Costs

• New Zealand – Standard shipping (2–4 business days), lip tint and nail polish
• Australia – Standard shipping (2–4 business days), lip tint only
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

💅 Because nail polish is classed as a flammable liquid, it has to travel by road with special carriers and can only be delivered within New Zealand. That means no express air shipping and no international delivery (for now!). If you live somewhere a bit out of the way in NZ, it might take a little longer to get to you - thanks for being patient!

Track Your Order You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your BYBU goodies are on the move, so you can follow the journey to your door.

What If There's a Delivery Issue? If your parcel is delayed or goes missing, email us at hello@bybu.co.nz and we'll help sort it out, fast.

Oops! Wrong Address? Before you hit 'buy', make sure your shipping deets are spot on! If the address isn't right or the courier can't deliver it, reshipping will be at your own cost.

Damaged or Missing Items? If something's not quite right with your order, get in touch within 7 days of delivery. Email hello@bybu.co.nz with your order number and photos of the product and packaging, and we'll make it right.
